1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the BRICK platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including real estate developers and construction material distributors.

2. Platform Description

BRICK is a B2B marketplace platform that connects real estate developers with construction material distributors across Saudi Arabia. The Platform facilitates the discovery, ordering, and payment of construction materials. BRICK does not itself sell, store, or deliver materials.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Developer Obligations

Developers are responsible for placing accurate orders, uploading valid payment receipts, and providing correct delivery location information. Orders placed on the Platform constitute a binding commitment to purchase. Developers must not submit fraudulent payment receipts.

5. Distributor Obligations

Distributors must maintain accurate inventory information and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Distributors must hold valid commercial registrations (CR) and comply with all applicable Saudi regulations. Distributor accounts are subject to admin review and approval before activation.

6. Payments

All payments are processed via bank transfer. Developers upload payment receipts which are reviewed and approved by BRICK administrators. Distributor payouts are processed at the end of each settlement period after deducting the applicable platform commission. All amounts are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose, to upload false information, to interfere with other users, or to circumvent any Platform security measures. Misuse of the Platform may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

BRICK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee the quality, delivery, or accuracy of products listed by distributors. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via WhatsApp.
